At PUSHAS, we stand by the authenticity and quality of every item we sell, offering a streamlined return process for items in original, unworn condition. Please note that all returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery and must include the original security tags and packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your PUSHAS account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original designer box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to PUSHAS

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our authentication team verifies the condition of the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
